Parsons Village is an approved condominium townhouse development located on Parsons Street in the city of Easthampton, Massachusetts. The development has been fully permitted by the City of Easthampton. The project is comprised of 6 buildings totaling 32 units; of which 24 will be for elderly and handicapped residents, was approved by Special Permit in 2004 and renewed on February 26, 2008. As originally permitted, the parcel contained 3.654 acres. Since approval, an additional parcel was acquired, bringing the entire parcel to 4.3 acres. This additional land could possibly allow for 4 additional units.
